Meet us at our facility at 3253 SR 981, Saltsburg, PA 15681, and we’ll handle the rest. After check-in, you’ll board our shuttle with your kayak, paddle, and life vest ready to go. You’re welcome to bring a small cooler for snacks along the way.
Enjoy a scenic 7.5-mile float on the Conemaugh River, beginning just downstream of Conemaugh Dam and ending in the historic town of Saltsburg. This gentle, non-whitewater stretch offers a relaxing experience through beautiful river valleys, suitable for all ages and skill levels.
At the end of your trip, a quick call will have our shuttle return you to your vehicle.
Note: Water levels may vary due to flood control operations at the dam. Conditions are monitored regularly to ensure customer safety.
When Water Level is 2.8 and Lower, We Do Not Rent Tandems and you will drag watercraft occasionally
Shuttle Service Pricing (have your own kayak and need us to haul it for you)
You must call to place a reservation and will be required to pay $28.30 per person over the phone. We only shuttle kayaks that are no longer than 10 Feet and less than 29 inches wide.
There is a 5% Convenience Fee for using a Credit/Debit Card at our facility
Things to Know Before You Arrive
- We hold a valid Drivers License while you are on you adventure
- Bring Sunscreen, Water, and Snacks
- Mon-Fri You must be off the water by 5:00pm, or pay a $50 late fee per person
- Saturday, Sunday, You must be off the water by 6:00pm, or pay a $50 late fee per person
